Right Side of Seat
(1) Auto vibratory relay
(2) Vibratory fuse
(3) Shutdown status fuse
(4) Machine fuse

(6) Control power fuseThe fuse and relay panels are on the right side of the operator seat. A cover panel must be removed to access these components.Note: In the illustration above, both vibratory system components are shown. The variable frequency system does not use auto vibratory relay (1). If the relay is present on a variable frequency system, the relay is a spare.The fixed frequency vibratory system uses the following relays and fuses as described:
Auto vibratory relay (1) This relay transfers vibratory system power between the vibratory control switch and the amplitude select switch.
Vibratory fuse (2) This fuse protects the main vibratory system circuit.
Shutdown status fuse (3) This fuse protects the circuit to the LED indicators of the amplitude select switch and the vibratory mode switch.
Machine fuse (4) This fuse protects the automatic vibratory mode circuit. This fuse also protects the wakeup signal for the engine ECM.The variable frequency vibratory system uses the following relays and fuses:
Vibratory fuse (2) This fuse protects the vibratory enabling circuit.
Shutdown status fuse (3) This fuse protects the circuit to the LED indicators of the amplitude select switch and the vibratory mode switch. This fuse also protects the signal source for these switches and the frequency adjust switch to be read by the machine ECM.
Machine fuse (4) This fuse protects the neutral start switch signal circuit leading to the machine ECM. This fuse also protects the wakeup signal for the engine ECM.
Switched relay (5) This relay transfers system power to the machine ECM.
Control power fuse (6) This fuse protects the display unit power circuit.

(7) Machine ECM (connector shown)Machine ECM (7) is located inside the electrical enclosure to the right of the operator seat. A cover must be removed to access this component.Note: Machine ECM (7) is only installed on machines with the variable frequency vibratory system.Machine ECM (7) monitors various input signals and changes system output signals to control vibratory amplitude and frequency.

Engine Compartment
(8) Neutral start switchNeutral start switch (8) is on the right side of the propel pump. The engine compartment cover provides access to this component.In the fixed frequency vibratory system, neutral start switch (8) controls power for the automatic mode circuit and the vibratory relay coil. In the variable frequency system, machine ECM (7) monitors this switch to determine the propel lever status.
