(3) Rear section of the brake cooling pump A two-section gear pump is located inside the hoist/brake hydraulic tank. This gear pump provides oil for the front and rear brake cooling. Front section (2) of the brake cooling pump supplies oil to the front brake oil coolers. Rear section (3) of the brake cooling pump supplies oil to the rear brake oil coolers. This pump is driven by brake cooling piston motor (1). This motor is electronically controlled by the Brake ECM.
