(10) Install the washers and bolts (28), (29), (30) and (31). Tighten the bolts and nuts to the following torques: bolts (28) and (29) to 476 48 N m (350 35 lb.ft.), bolts (30) to 136 20 N m (100 15 lb.ft.), bolts (31) to 272 34 N m (200 25 lb.ft.), bolts (10) to 748 102 N m (550 75 lb.ft.), and nuts (11) to standard torque.Installation Of Winch Control Group
(1) On tractors without rear implements, remove cover (1) from the seat support. Remove area (C) from new cover (2). Install cover (2), the original seal, washers and two bolts (3). Install block (4) and plate (5) on plate (6). Install block (7), the shaft, lever (8), spacers (9), washer (10), washers (11) as necessary and setscrews (12) on plate (6). Install plate (6) on cover (2) with four bolts (13), the washers and nuts (14). (2) On tractors with rear implements, remove area (C) from cover (2). Remove spacer (15) and block (4). Install lever (8), block (4) and plate (5). (3) On all tractors, install block assembly (16) on lever (8) with pin (17) and the cotter pin. Install boot (18), rod (19), nut (20) and knob (21). Install spring (22) on plate (6) with the bolt, washers and nut (23). Do not tighten nut (23) at this time. (4) Install clevis (24) and nut (25) on cable (26). Connect clevis (24) to lever (8) with pin (27) and the cotter pin. Put cable (26) in position on plate (5). Adjust nuts (28) and (29) until dimensions (X) and (Y) are equal, and tighten nuts (28) and (29). Put rod (19) in the FREE SPOOL position (A). Adjust spring (22) to hold rod (19) in this position, and tighten the bolt and nut (23). Install the 5P8126 Film at Location (B).Installation Of Winch Oil Pump And Lines
(1) Remove oil filter (1), tube (2), elbow (3) and plug (4). Remove cover (5). Install new plug (6), elbow (7) and tube (8). (2) Install winch oil pump (9). Install the seals and elbows (10) and (11). Install tube (12) on the pump. Connect hose (13) to the pump. Install the oil filter. (3) Install bracket (14) on the inside of the frame as shown. On powershift tractors, it will be necessary to loosen the bolts that hold oil filter support bracket (15) to the frame in order to install bracket (14). (4) Install hose (16), tube (17) and clamps (18) on tube (12). Install union (19) and tube (20) on hose (13). Fasten tubes (17) and (20) to bracket (14) with the spacer, bolt and clamp (21). (5) Install hose (23), tube (24) and clamps (25) on tube (17). Install union (26) and tube (27) on tube (20). Fasten tubes (24) and (27) to the fender with clips (28) and (29), the bolts, washers and nuts. Install hose (30), tube (31) and clamps (32). Install tube (33).Installation Of Winch Lines Guard
