1. Remove fan guards (1) from the radiator.2. Remove lifting plate (2) and plate (3). 3. Loosen the tension on two fan belts (5), and remove the fan belts.4. Remove six nuts (6), and separate fan (4) and the adapter from the fan drive. Carefully put the fan and adapter against the radiator core. 5. Remove four bolts (8), and remove fan drive (7) from the engine. The following steps are for installation of the fan and fan drive.6. Put fan drive (7) in position on the engine, and install four bolts (8).7. Position the adapter and fan (4) on the bolts and the fan drive. Install six nuts (6) that hold the adapter in place.8. Install two fan belts (5), and tighten them to the correct tension. See the topic, V-Belt Tension Chart in the Specifications Module Form No. SENR2056.9. Install lifting plate (2) and plate (3).10. Install fan guards (1) on the radiator.
