Tighten all weld torch parts with enclosed tools.
Replace brush housing.

Attach ground cable correctly.
Repair power source.    
Pore formation in weld deposit.     No inert gas.
Surface is not clean.
Windy conditions at welding location.     Restore gas supply.
Burn off residues of oil, grease and paint from surface, or clean with metallic cutting disc.
Protect with respective devices.    
Excess drop formation at weld deposit.
