2. Remove sixteen bolts and remove top cover (1). Remove eighteen bolts and front panel (3). Remove four bolts and brace (2). Put identification on the wires for assembly purposes.3. Disconnect wires (4) from the terminal strip. Disconnect wires (5) at the voltage regulator. 4. Disconnect wires (6) from the back of the control panel. 5. Attach a hoist to control panel (7). Remove two washers, lock washers and four nuts that hold the control panel in position. Remove the control panel. The weight of the control panel is 32 kg (71 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the control panel.6. Place the control panel in position. Install the washers, lock washers and nuts.7. Connect wires (6) to the back of the control panel.8. Connect wires (5) at the voltage regulator. Connect wires (4) at the terminal strip.9. Install brace (2), front panel (3) and top cover (1).10. Connect the batteries.
