Note: The implement lockout switch must be in the On position in order to complete the following procedure.
Move the machine to a smooth horizontal location.
Lower all of the implements.

Pilot Manifold (1) Pilot Supply Pressure ("HPS") (2) Pilot Manifold
Attach tooling (A) to pressure tap (1) ("HPS") on pilot manifold (2) .
Start the engine. Warm the hydraulic oil to a minimum temperature of 65° 3°C (150° 5°F).
Operate the engine at HIGH IDLE (2000 rpm). Move the blade control lever to the FLOAT position. Release the blade control lever. The blade control lever should remain in the FLOAT position.
Check the pressure at tooling (A) . The pressure at tooling (A) should be 3275 172 kPa (475 25 psi).If the pilot pressure is not correct, perform the adjustment procedure below in order to adjust the pressure reducing valve. If the pilot pressure is correct, remove the test equipment.Adjustment of the Pressure Reducing Valve
If the test procedure above indicates that the pilot system pressure needs adjustment, perform the following procedure:
Make sure that the hydraulic oil is warmed to 65° 3°C (150° 5°F).

Pilot Manifold (2) Pilot Manifold (3) Adjustment Screw (4) Locknut (5) Pressure Reducing Valve
Loosen locknut (4) on pressure reducing valve (5) and use adjustment screw (3) to adjust the pressure setting of the valve.
Turn screw (3) clockwise in order to increase the pilot pressure and turn screw (3) counterclockwise in order to decrease the pilot pressure. One full turn adjusts the pilot pressure by 1380 kPa (200 psi).
Operate the engine at HIGH IDLE (2000 rpm). Move the blade control lever to the FLOAT position. Release the blade control lever. The blade control lever should remain in the FLOAT position.
Check the pressure at tooling (A) . The pressure at tooling (A) should be 3275 172 kPa (475 25 psi).
Tighten locknut (4) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).Note: Check the pilot filter and the pilot manifold if the pilot supply pressure is below 3103 kPa (450 psi) and the pressure at (HA) is greater than 3103 kPa (450 psi). Pilot Pressure Test for the Implement Valve
