Install the adapters on the solenoid valve (4) as shown in Illustration 2 and Illustration 3.
Disconnect the hose (E) from port a1 (F) of the main control valve and connect it to adapter (1) at port 1 (H) of the solenoid valve (4). Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 3. Tighten the hose (E) to a torque of 24 to 27 N m (212 to 239 lb in).
Disconnect the hose (B) from port b1 (C) of the main control valve and connect it to adapter (1) at port 2 (J) of the solenoid valve (4).Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 3. Tighten the hose (B) to a torque of 24 to 27 N m (212 to 239 lb in).

Remove the adapter on port a1 (F) of the main control valve and install 148-8378 Elbow As (3) on port a1 (F). Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 4.
Remove the adapter on port b1 (C) of the main control valve and install 148-8435 Tee As (9) on port b1 (C). Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 4.
Connect the connector assembly (1) of the solenoid valve and port a1 (F) of main control valve with the hose assembly (6). Tighten the hose assembly (6) to a torque of 24 to 27 N m (212 to 239 lb in). Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 4.
Connect the elbow assembly (3) at port B of the solenoid valve and port b1 (C) of the main control valve with the hose assembly (5). Tighten the hose assembly (5) to a torque of 24 to 27 N m (212 to 239 lb in). Refer to Illustration 2 and Illustration 4.

Install connector assembly (1) to the return manifold (L) as shown in Illustration 5.
Connect the elbow assembly (3) at port T of the solenoid valve and connector assembly (1) of the return manifold (L) with (8). Tighten the hose assembly (8) to a torque of 24 to 27 N m (212 to 239 lb in). Refer to Illustration 2 and Illustration 5.

Extend the harness for the pressure sensor at port a1 (F) of the main control valve and connect the connector (N) to the pressure sensor (G) at port (R) of the solenoid valve group. Refer to Illustration 6 and 7.
Extend the harness for the pressure sensor at port b1 (C) of the main control valve and connect the connector (M) to the pressure sensor (G) at port (S) of the solenoid valve group. Refer to Illustration 6 and 7.
