In either case the decision whether to apply the program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4713" as Part Number, "7755" as Group Number, and "96" as Description Code. Problem
The inside diameter of the piston retaining washer may be too small on certain D5H angle cylinders. Interference between the washer and the radius between bolt head and stud may cause the bolt to loosen. Extensive damage to the cylinder may be caused by bolt coming out. Only cylinders with date codes between 01 91 and 03 91 are suspected.

Action Required
On affected cylinders, change 2H3745 Bolt, install new 7X0616 Washer in place of 6E3755 one. Tighten bolt to 1125 +/- 100 Nm. Reassemble cylinder changing 1H8128 Seal and 2K6830 Ring.
