Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (17). The weight of aftercooler (17) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).
Position aftercooler (17) and install bolts (18) .
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the other aftercooler.

Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler assembly (15). The weight of the aftercooler assembly (15) is approximately 476 kg (1050 lb).
Position aftercooler assembly (15) .
Install bolts (16) and repeat for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to stair assembly (13). The weight of stair assembly (13) is approximately 200 kg (440 lb).
Position stair assembly (13). Install bolts (14) .

Position tube assemblies (12) and tighten clamps (11). Install bolts (10) and repeat the procedure for the other side.

Position tube assembly (9) and tighten clamps (8). Repeat for the other side.

Position supports (6) and (7) and install bolts (5) .

Position sensor (4) and connect harness assembly (3) .

Use two people in order to install grills (2). The weight of each grill (2 ) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).
Connect harness assemblies (1) .
