Remove bolt (17). Reposition strap (16) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (18), (19), (20), (21), (22), and (23). Reposition parking brake cable (9). Note: Clearly mark all hose assemblies in order to assist during assembly.

Reposition harness assemblies (24). Disconnect hose assemblies (25) and (26).

Remove bolts (28). Remove bracket (27) from rear frame (29) .

Disconnect hose assembly (30) .

Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to loader frame (31).

Remove bolts (32) and the washers. Remove plate (33) from lower pivot pin (35). Remove shim (34) under plate (33) .

Remove bolts (36) and the washers. Remove plate (37). Remove shim (38) .

Install Tooling (C). Remove lower pivot pin (35).

Remove bolt (39), the nut, and the washer.

Install Tooling (D). Remove upper hitch pin (40) .Note: The loader frame can now be separated from the rear frame.

Remove bolts (41). Remove plate (42). Remove shims (43). Remove bearing (44) .

Remove bolt (45), the nut, and the washer from link (46) .

Remove nuts (47) from the front of cab (48). Install a suitable lifting device to the front of cab (48). Slowly lift the front of cab (48) in order to remove link pin (49) .

Install Tooling (E) in order to remove pin (49) from link (46). Remove pin (49) .
Remove link (46). The weight of link (46) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
