Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Put bracket (1) in position on the track roller frame. Install four bolts (2) .

Install carrier roller (4) in bracket (1) until the end of the carrier roller shaft is even with surface (X) on bracket (1). Align the carrier roller with the track.
Install two bolts (3) .

Fasten a hoist to the track. Support the weight of the track. Remove blocks (5). Remove the hoist.
Adjust the track. Refer to the "Connection Of Track" for the procedure to connect the track.
