Using the Hydraulic Information System (HIS) feature in SIS web procure the necessary components and build the required hose assemblies.
Install new 1P-3703 Rectangular Seal in the hose flanges of each new hose assembly.

Motors right and left
Install the new hose assemblies to the pump and travel motors. Reference Illustrations 9 and 10 for correct hose orientation and torque sequence.Torque the split flanges bolts at the hydraulic pump and travel motor lines (1), (2), (3), and (4) to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
Reinstall grommets and clips (G). Torque all bolts or nuts to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
Reinstall bottom guards (D) and (F). Torque all bolts to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).Note: For machines equipped with a hydraulic winch follow steps 7 to 15.
Using the Table 3, identify the correct hose assemblies for the machine being reworked.
Using the Hydraulic Information System (HIS) feature in SIS web procure the necessary components and build the required hose assemblies.
Install new 1P-3703 Rectangular Seal in the hose flanges of each new hose assembly.
Install the new hose assemblies to the pump and winch motors.

For D3K2 and D4K2 machines equipped with a winch reference Illustration 11 and Illustration 12.

For D5K2 machines equipped with a winch reference Illustration 11 and Illustration 13 for correct hose orientation and torque sequence.
Torque the split flanges bolts at the hydraulic pump and winch motor lines, (5), and (6) to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Reinstall grommets and clips (H). Torque all bolts or nuts to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
Reinstall bottom guards (D) and (F). Torque all bolts to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
