10. Remove bolt (9) and nut. Disconnect the lever. Do the same for the lever on the bottom of the control valve. 11. Remove the cotter pin, pin and lever (10). Do the same for the lever on the bottom of the control valve. 12. Install tooling (A) and fasten a hoist. 13. Remove two bolts (11) and the control valve. The weight of the control valve is 185 lb. (84 kg). 14. Remove the cotter pin and pin from linkage (12). 15. Remove bolt (13), lever (14) and the key from the shaft. 16. Remove bolts (16), lever assembly (15) and gasket. 17. Loosen the bolt. Remove lever (20), key (21) and washer (17) from shaft (19).18. Remove shaft (19) from housing (18). 19. Remove bushing (22) from the lever. 20. Remove lip type seal (23) from the housing. 21. Remove bearings (24) from the housing. 22. Remove the cotter pin and pin (25). Do the same for the lever assembly at the bottom of the tank. 23. Remove bolts (26) and the bucket positioner slave cylinder. Do the same for the lift kickout slave cylinder.24. Loosen the bolt and remove lever (29).25. Remove three bolts (28) and lever assembly (27). Do the same for the lever assembly at the bottom of the tank. 26. Remove spring (31) and lever assembly (32).27. Remove the bolt and plate (30) from the housing. 28. Remove the nut and roller (33) from lever assembly (32). 29. Remove bushing (34). 30. Remove the bolt and lever (36).31. Remove key (39), spacer (41), housing (35), washer (40) and spacer (38) from shaft (37). 32. Remove lip type seal (42) and bearings (43) from the housing.Assemble Hydraulic Tank
1. Install the bearing even with the outside surface with tooling (A) in housing (1). 2. Install the bearing even with the bottom of the counterbore with tooling (A).3. Install the lip type seal with tooling (A) even with the outside surface as shown. 4. Put spacer (4) and washer (3) in position on shaft (2).5. Install the shaft in the housing. 6. Install plate (5) and the bolt.7. Install key (6) and lever (7). Tighten the bolt in the lever. 8. Install the bushing in lever (8) with tooling (A). The bushing must be even or below the surface. 9. Put roller (9) in position in the lever and install the nut. Tighten the nut to a torque of 15 2 lb.ft. (20 3 N m). 10. Connect spring (10) to the plate and lever (8). 11. Put lever assembly (12) and slave cylinder (11) in position. 12. Install bolts (13) into the lever assembly and slave cylinder. Do Steps 1-12 for slave cylinder and lever assembly at the bottom of the tank.13. Put the key in position and install lever (14) and tighten the bolt. 14. Install the bearing with tooling (A) even with the surface in housing (15). 15. Install the bearing with tooling (A) even with the top of the
