Certain wiring harnesses on the machines have either a 6-pin plug or an 8-pin plug.The 291-7700 Wiring Harness has an 6-pin plug on one end and a 6-pin receptacle on the other end. The 299-2690 Wiring Harness has a 6-pin plug on one end and an 8-pin receptacle on the other end. Use the wiring harness that is appropriate for your machine in order to install the field conversion kit.
