Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
Remove the battery. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Battery - Remove and Install".
Remove the hydraulic cylinder (steering).Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Cylinder (Steering) - Remove and Install".

Lift the machine with a suitable lifting device. Position suitable cribbing under the machine in order to support the machine.

Remove bolts (2) and pivot (3) from articulating and oscillating hitch (4) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to articulating and oscillating hitch (4). The weight of articulating and oscillating hitch (4) is approximately 16.5 kg (36 lb).
Remove bolts (1) .

Remove bolts (5) and articulating and oscillating hitch (4) .Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to articulating and oscillating hitch (4). The weight of articulating and oscillating hitch (4) is approximately 16.5 kg (36 lb).
Install articulating and oscillating hitch (4) and bolts (5) .

Install bolts (1) .
Install pivot (3) and bolts (2) to articulating and oscillating hitch (4) .

Lift the machine with a suitable lifting device and remove the cribbing.End By:
Install the hydraulic cylinder (steering).Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Cylinder (Steering) - Remove and Install".
Install the battery. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Battery - Remove and Install".
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
