1 12 116-3715 Taperlock Stud Torque to 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
2 12 9X-6620 Locknut Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A copper anti-seize to the threads and bearing surfaces.
Tighten the locknuts in the numerical sequence that is shown in Illustration 2.
3 2 161-3398 Exhaust Manifold Before assembly, apply a thin coat of 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer to the outside diameter of the male end of the exhaust manifold. Remove excess high temperature sealer from the assembled joint.
4 1 192-4697 Exhaust Manifold Before assembly, apply a thin coat of 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer to the outside diameter of the male end of the exhaust manifold. Remove excess high temperature sealer from the assembled joint.
