Push down on the parking brake control button to de-activate the parking brake.Note: The green indicator light will be illuminated when the parking brake is de-activated.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 49° C to 60° C (120° F to 140° F).Note: Do not use the swing function to warm the hydraulic oil.
Position the machine on level ground. Check the visibility and adjust the mirrors for the best vision close to the machine.

"All Stabilizer Lower" control button on the machine control panel.
Push the "All Stabilizer Lower" control button to lower all the stabilizers to the ground.

Push down on the parking brake control button to activate the parking brake.Note: The red indicator light will be illuminated when the parking brake is activated.

(1) Line relief valve (swing right)
(2) High-pressure cutoff valve
(3) Line relief valve (swing left)
Lower the work tool to the ground.
Place the hydraulic activation control lever in the locked position.
Stop the engine.

Connect tooling (A2) pressure sensor to the following pressure taps: Swing "A" (5) and Swing "B" (6).Test Procedure

Place the hydraulic activation control lever in the UNLOCKED position.
Set the engine rpm on the "Engine Status" display screen.

To access the "Engine Status" display screen, press the "Machine Status" button (F2) from the main display screen.
Press the "Engine Status" button (F2) from the "Machine Status" screen.
Use the "UP" and "Down" buttons to change engine speed by the "Throttle Rate" Change percentage.
Use the "OK" button to toggle the "Throttle Rate Change" between 10% and 1%.
Set the engine speed to the specification in Table1 of this procedure.

Swing brake control button on the machine control panel.
Push down on the swing brake control button to de-activate the swing brake.Note: The green indicator light will be illuminated, but due to installation of Tooling (B), the swing brake will remain activated.
Slowly move the joystick to the full SWING LEFT position and to the full SWING RIGHT position.
Check and record the pressure.Note: Refer to Table 1 in this procedure for the correct pressure.
If high-pressure cutoff valve (2) is not set to the proper specification, perform the following "Adjustment Procedure".Adjustment Procedure

Loosen the locknut on the high-pressure cutoff valve for the swing circuit that was tested.
Turn the adjustment screw until the pressure reading at the swing circuit diagnostic port has reached the correct pressure.Note: Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase the pressure. Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.Note: Always make the final pressure adjustments on the pressure rise.
While adjustment screw on the high-pressure cutoff valve is being held, tighten the locknut.
Verify that the pressure is within specification.
Stop the engine.
