2. Remove two tube assemblies (1) and (2) from hydraulic control pump. 3. Remove two bolts and washers (3) that hold the hydraulic control pump to the front housing. Remove hydraulic control pump out of the machine. The following steps are required for installation of the hydraulic control pump. 4. Replace the gasket between the hydraulic control pump and the front housing. Install pump on the front housing using two bolts and washers (3). Tighten bolts to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft). 5. Connect two tube assemblies (1) and (2) to the hydraulic control pump.6. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Start By:a. Remove hydraulic pump Be sure the outside of the pump is clean before disassembly. Put a mark on the outside of the pump sections for correct assembly. 1. Remove four bolts and washers (1) and remove end cover (2). 2. Remove three seals (3), (4) and (5) from end cover (2). 3. Remove pump body (6) of flange end (7).4. Remove two thrust plates (8) and two gears (9) and (10) making sure gears and bores have been marked or identified for proper assembly. 5. Remove three seals (11), (12) and (13) from flange end (7). similar to seals (3), (4) and (5). 6. Using tooling (A) remove retaining ring (14) from flange end (7) and remove lip type seal (15). The following steps are for assembly of the hydraulic control pump. 7. Use tooling (B) and install lip type seal (15) into flange end (7). 8. Install retainer ring (14) into flange end (7) using tooling (A). 9. Install three seals (11), (12) and (13) into flange end (7). 10. Install one thrust plate (8). Install thrust plate (8) with bronze side facing gears (9) and (10).11. Install gears (9) and (10) into flange end (7).12. Install second thrust plate (8). Install thrust plate (8) with bronze side facing gears (9) and (10).13. Install pump body (6) onto flange end (7). 14. Install three seals (3), (4) and (5) into end cover (2). 15. Position end cover (2) onto pump body and install four bolts and washers (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 85 5 N m (63 3 lb ft).End By:Install hydraulic control pump
