PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
This software affects fuel consumption, cooling capability, and sound on the machine. In case of any issue for fuel efficiency and/or cooling performance, need to return to original setting mode. Not certified JPN sound regulation, but certified EU.
1. Remove the hydraulic tank cover. Remove refuel pump and refuel pump cover, if needed. Refer to Image1.1.1.

2. Insert new 557-3841 Insulation between the hydraulic tank and fuel tank along with fuel tank side in order to avoid heat affect to the fuel. Refer to Image1.2.1.

3. Install adhesive on the top area of the fuel tank side. Refer to Image1.3.1 for the area to install the adhesive.

4. Reinstall the removed hydraulic tank cover, refuel pump, and refuel pump cover.
5. Install new 558-9273 Machine Software Group and 552-4611 Engine Software.
6. Select the following setting and change the status to "Installed" on the monitor to increase engine speed. Service (Password) >> Configurations >> Machine Attachments >> Engine Speed Management
