CYLINDER HEAD AS 10R3396 - Caterpillar

Do not disconnect any oil lines until all oil pressure in the main system has been released.
1. Disconnect oil lines (2), (3), (4), (5), (7) and three lines (6).2. Put plugs in the openings in valves and lines.3. Fasten a hoist to the valves and remove the bolts that hold the valves to bracket (1). Remove the valves. Weight is 85 lb. (39 kg). 4. Remove main relief valve (8) and summing valve (10) from combiner valve (9).Install Combiner, Summing And Main Relief Valve
1. Install summing valve and main relief valve on combiner valve. 2. Fasten a hoist and put valves (1) in position on bracket (2) and install the bolts that hold the valves to the bracket.3. Remove plugs from lines and valves.4. Connect the oil lines to the valves.
