Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system.
Personal injury can result from the sudden release of high pressure oil.Be sure the engine has been shut off for a minimum of five minutes to be sure that the accumulator pressure is zero.The accumulator is filled with dry nitrogen. Do not loosen or remove the valve or cap from the top of the accumulator. A purge screw at the bottom of the accumulator can be used to release the pressure that is left in the system.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
Relieve the pressure from the ride control accumulator.

Remove bracket (1).

Disconnect hose assembly (2) and remove block assembly (3).

Use two people to support the ride control accumulator (4). Remove bolts (5) and (6). Carefully remove ride control accumulator (4). The weight of the accumulator is approximately 44 kg (97 lb). Installation Procedure
Install ride control accumulator (4) in the reverse order of the removal.
Fill the implement hydraulic system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure. End By:
