( 1 ) The optional tools can be used in place of the digital pressure measurement tools which are specified in the required Tool list.Note: Assemble Tool (G), Tool (D), Tool (C) and Tool (D) .Note: Assemble Tool (E) and Tool (F) and install on Tool (C) .
Park the machine on a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propulsion lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.

Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.

Start the engine. Move throttle switch (5) to the HIGH IDLE position. The engine speed should be 2000 50 rpm.
Operate the engine at HIGH IDLE. Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on oil temperature gauge (6). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43° 5.6°C (110° 10°F).
Stop the engine.
Connect Tool (J) to hydraulic tank.

Remove inlet hose (7) from water pump motor (8) .
Connect Tooling (C) to inlet hose (7), and install Tool (H) to motor inlet fitting (9) .
Connect Tools (A) and (B) to Tool (C) .
Start the engine. Move throttle switch (5) to the HIGH IDLE position. The engine speed should be 2000 50 rpm.

Move water pump switch (10) to the ON position.

The display will read "H2O-OFF". Use increment switch (12) to advance the display to "H2O-MAN", then press enter switch (14) .
Use increment switch (12), or deincrement switch (13) to adjust the water flow rate to 455 L/min (120 US gpm).
Move water spray switch (11) to the ON position.
Read the pressure at Tool (C). The pressure should be 22752 689 kPa (3300 100 psi).
If the pressure is within the specified range, go to Step 15.Note: If the pressure is outside the specified range, change the relief valve cartridge and retest the system.
Move water spray switch (11) to the OFF position.
Move water pump switch (10) to the OFF position.
Move throttle switch (5) to the LOW IDLE position, and stop the engine. Remove the tooling.
