Lubricate
Do not use pneumatic or otherwise powered lubrication equipment. This will cause damage to the seals. Use a manual grease gun only.
Wipe all fittings, caps and plugs before servicing. Lubricate fittings located in the center front drive axle. Total of two fittings.Idler Axle Bearings
Lubricate
1. Raise the hopper and install the hopper support. See Hopper Support in the When Required section.Wipe all fittings, caps and plugs before servicing. 2. Lubricate fittings on both the inner and outer idler axle bearings on both sides of the machine. Total of four fittings.3. Reposition the hopper support to the stored position. See Hopper Support in the When Required section.Vibrator Weight Shaft Bearings
Lubricate
Do not use pneumatic or otherwise powered lubrication equipment. This will cause damage to the seals. Use a manual grease gun only.
Turn vibrator OFF before servicing. Do not reach below guard with screed vibrator ON or maiming injury may result.
Wipe all fittings, caps and plugs before servicing. Lubricate fittings on the vibrator weight shaft bearings. Total of two fittings.Screed Jack
Lubricate
Do not use pneumatic or otherwise powered lubrication equipment. This will cause damage to the seals. Use a manual grease gun only.
Wipe all fittings, caps and plugs before servicing. Lubricate one fitting on each screed jack. Total of two fittings.Jack Pivot
Lubricate
Do not oil the jack post. Damage to the jack brake may occur.
Apply gear oil to the jack pivot points. Total of four points.Screed Arm Pivot
Lubricate
Apply gear oil to the screed arm pivot on each side of the machine. Total of two points.
