New software patch is now available for Cat® MineStar Fleet Office v3.1-22.The software patch is listed below:
201312181235_FLT1272_DelaysFixes.zipThe software patch "201312181235_FLT1272_DelaysFixes.zip" resolves an issue when an office controller end a delay for a loading tool, the delay only ends in the office and not onboard. The delay does not end on the loading tool because the delay for the machine is queried before the message is sent to the machine. However, the machine was set as no longer being on delay. Now both the loading tool and machine can end the delay, when specified by the office controller.This patch should be requested by submitting a request through the appropriate service web portal:
