PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Remove the bolt (A), the two washers (B), the nut (C), the clip (D), and the clip (E). These parts, shown in Image 1.1.1., will not be reused.

2. Assemble two 6V-8519 Clamps (1) to the 288-3844 Tube As. (F). Assemble two 8K-2665 Clamps (2) to the 288-9768 Tube As. (G) as shown in Image 1.2.1. The 288-3844 Tube As. and the 288-9768 Tube As. are part of the 247-3752 Brake Cooling Oil Lines Gp.
3. Install Plate_001 (3), two 7X-2549 Bolts (4), four 8T-4223 Washers (5), and two 8T-4244 Nuts (6) together with the clamps as shown in Image 1.2.1. Tighten the bolts to 100 +/- 20 N?m (74 +/- 15 lb ft). Note for ease of assembly the four bolts at the 288-9768 Tube As. end connecting to the brake pump must be loosened, but not removed (see Image 1.2.2). Once the clamps are tightened in position the four bolts can be tighten to 100 +/- 20 N?m (74 +/- 15 lb ft).
