Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (23). The weight of aftercooler (23) is approximately 29 kg (63 lb).
Position aftercooler (23) and install bolts (24). Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).

Position bracket assembly (21) and install bolts (22) .

Position channel assembly (16) and install bolts (17) and (18). Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).

Use two people in order to position tank assembly (15). The weight of tank assembly (15) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb). Install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft). Connect hoses (12) and (13) .

Position shrouds (11) and install bolts (10) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hood (8). The weight of hood (8) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb). Position hood (8) and install bolts (9) .

Connect harness assembly (4). Install panel assembly (3) and bolts (2) .
Position grill (6) and install bolts (5) .

Install the coolant tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Coolant Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the radiator module. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Module - Install".
