Cycle Productivity Screen
Cycle Productivity - This button enables the operator to cycle through the productivity information. In order to view the cycle productivity data screen, select the tool that is shown above. Alternatively, select "Cycle" from the "Productivity" menu.

Cycle productivityThe "Cycle Productivity" screen displays the following data:Elapsed Time - The time that has elapsed since the last productivity resetCycles Per Hour - The average number of machine cycles per hour. The title of the first group box in this dialog indicates the total number of machine cycles since the last productivity reset.Average Distance - The average distance travelled forward for each cycle since the last productivity resetAverage Slope - The sum of the forward horizontal distances for all cycles divided by the sum of the vertical distances since the last productivity resetAverage Cut - The average volume of cut material per cycle since the last productivity resetAverage Fill - The average volume of fill material per cycle since the last productivity resetAverage Cut Per Hour - The average volume of cut material per hour since the last productivity resetAverage Fill Per Hour - The average volume of fill material per hour since the last productivity resetNumber of Cycles
The title in the top portion of the "Cycle Productivity" screen displays the number of cycles since the last reset and the values in that frame reflect data for those cycles. The title in the bottom displays the number of cycles that were configured by the user. This is accomplished by using the following key. $ Dozer Cycle Recent Cycle Count - Sets the number of cycles reported in the "Last XX Cycles" section of the cycle productivity screenCycle Algorithm

A cycle consists of a forward leg and a reverse leg. The cycle starts at the beginning of a forward leg and ends at the beginning of the next forward leg. When determining a change in direction, CAESultra will only register a leg distance that exceeds the "minimum cycle leg length". The minimum cycle leg distance ensures that minor machine movements are not interpreted as cycles. The default minimum cycle leg distance is 10 meters.CAES must determine when the machine is production dozing in order to record valid production information. For instance, a trip from the machine shop to the site should not be counted in production. The tests that are listed below determine when the machine is production dozing and therefore when it is valid to record a cycle:
The Forward leg of the current cycle must be within tolerance of the reverse leg of the prior cycle.
The Forward leg of the current cycle must be within tolerance of the reverse leg of the current cycle.
Both the Forward leg and the Reverse leg of the current cycle must be either the same length or longer than the minimum leg distance. The tolerance is a percentage of the reverse leg distance. For example, if the reverse leg distance is 200 m (656 ft) and the tolerance is
