Minimum break-loose torque after full cure is
500 N m (369 lb ft).    
A     -     -     Assemble the components at a minimum temperature of
18.0° C (64.4° F).
Clean the mating surfaces of the parts with solvent Loctite ODC free cleaner or de-greaser or purple Loctite Hi Temp Flange sealant or equivalent.
Coat shaft and weight -lobe bore evenly with Loctite 648.
Assemble with a rotary motion to assure uniform distribution of Loctite Hi-Temp Flange Sealant.
Components can be moved 15 mins after assembly.
Complete bond will achieve in 8 hours at
18.0° C (64.4° F).
