Torque to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).

Torque to 40 3 N m (30 2 lb ft).
3 4 283-4294 Clamp As Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize.
Use the following procedure to tighten the clamp assembly:
1. Tighten to 20 N m (177 lb in).
2. Lightly tap the clamp assembly all around.
3. Again, tighten to 30 2 N m (266 18 lb in).
4. Again, lightly tap the clamp assembly all around.
5. Again, tighten to 30 2 N m (266 18 lb in).
4 4 123-6979 Band Clamp Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Use the following procedure to tighten the band clamp:
1. Tighten the band clamp to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.1 8.9 lb in).
2. Lightly tap the band clamp all around.
3. Again, tighten to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.1 8.9 lb in).
5 4 2N-2765 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize.
Torque to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
