Attach a suitable lifting device to bumper (19). The weight of bumper (19) is approximately 60 kg (133 lb). Position bumper (19) to the machine. Leave some space between the bumper and the machine for the removal of the suitable lifting device. Install Tooling (F) in order to support the weight of the bumper before removing the suitable lifting device.

Install bolts (20).

Remove Tooling (F) and install bolts (18) in order to secure bumper (19) to the machine completely.

Position plate (17) and plate (16) to the right side and the left side of the machine and install bolts (15) and the four washers.

Install Tooling (A) beneath the rear frame. Raise the frame enough to remove Tooling (C). Remove Tooling (B) and remove Tooling (A) .

Install clamp (13) in order to install deflector (14) onto the machine.

Position cable assembly (12) to the right side of the machine. Install nut (11) in order to connect the cable to the machine. Connect harness assemblies (10) .

Install the O-ring seal to hose assembly (9). Install bolts (8) in order to connect hose assembly (9) to the machine.

Connect hose assemblies (7) to the right side of the rear frame.

Install the O-ring seal to hose assembly (3). Install bolts (4) in order to connect hose assembly (3) to the rear frame.

Install clamps (1) in order to connect exhaust tube (2) to the machine.
Lubricate the hitch bearings. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Oscillating Hitch - Lubricate".
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering Frame Lock"., End By:
Install the hitch drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hitch Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
