Drain the cooling system.

(1) 0L-2070 Bolt (2) 5M-2894 Hard Washer (3) 8N-3639 Retainer (4) 8N-3640 Retaining Ring (5) 0S-1594 Bolt
From the top of the tube, remove two bolts (1), two washers (2). two retainers (3), and one ring (4) .
From the bottom of the tube, remove two bolts (5), two washers (2). two retainers (3), and one ring (4) .

At the top of the tube, install ring (6). Press the ring against the flange.
Loosely assemble two clamps (7) with two bolts (5), two nuts (10), and four washers (9) .
Bolt the clamps to the flange with two bolts (8) and two washers (9). After those bolts are tightened, tighten bolts (5) and nuts (10) .
At the bottom of the tube, install ring (6). Press the ring against the inlet elbow for the water pump.
Loosely assemble two clamps (7) with two bolts (5), two nuts (10), and four washers (9) .
Bolt the clamps to the inlet elbow with two bolts (11) and two washers (9). After those bolts are tightened, tighten bolts (5) and nuts (10) .
