CYLINDER BLOCK AS 1495402 - Caterpillar

Working on the wiring harness for the rear camera during the removal and installation of the counterweight could result in a crushing hazard. The counterweight could fall, and the falling of the counterweight could cause personal injury or death. Disconnect the wiring harness to the rear camera before the you remove the counterweight. Reconnect the wiring harness to the rear camera after you install the counterweight.
Unexpected machine movement can cause injury or death.In order to avoid possible machine movement, move the hydraulic lockout control to the LOCKED position and attach a Special Instruction, SEHS7332, "Do Not Operate" or similar warning tag to the hydraulic lockout control.
Park the machine on level ground.
Lower the work tool to the ground.
Move the hydraulic lockout control to the LOCKED position.
Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position in order to stop the engine. Remove the engine start switch key.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to OFF and remove the disconnect switch key. Disconnection of the Harness for the Rear View Camera
Disconnect the harness for the rear view camera before removing the counterweight.

Open the engine hood.

Remove bolt (1) and clip (2).
Turn plug (3) and pull apart.
Pull the wiring for the rear view camera until plug (3) comes in to the pump compartment.
Close the engine hood. Connection of the Harness for the Rear View Camera
Reconnect the harness for the camera in the reverse order.
