Note: The bearing joint must be 30 15 degrees from the centerline through the bores.
Install bearing sleeve (20A) and bearing sleeve (20B) in body assembly (20) .
Use a press with Tooling (A) in order to install bearing (20A). Press the bearing 4.0 .25 mm (0.16 0.0010 inch) below the surface of the body assembly.
Use a press with Tooling (A) in order to install bearing sleeve (20B). Press the bearing 1.5 .25 mm (0.06 0.0010 inch) below the surface of the body assembly.
Install body assembly (20) over shaft (12) and onto the body. Install key (19) into shaft (12). Install O-ring seal (18) on body assembly (20) .

Install dowels (17) in body assembly. Install body assembly (16) .

Use a press with Tooling (A) in order to install bearings (14A) and bearing sleeve (14B). Press the bearings 1.5 .250 mm (0.06 0.0010 inch) below the surface of the body assembly.
Install the O-ring seal on the rear of body assembly (14). Install body assembly (14) .

Install the O-ring seal on the rear of cover (10). Install cover (10) .

Install bolts (9) and O-ring seals (8) .

Put 7M-7260 Liquid Gasket on the outer diameter of the lip seal. Use Tooling (A) and a press to install the lip seal in cage (7) .

Install the bearing into cage (7). Use Tooling (A) and a press to install flange (4) on cage (7). Install retaining ring (8) and O-ring seal (6) on the cage assembly.
Install flange (4) with the cage on the pump. Install bolts (5) .

Install manifold (3) on the power train oil pump. Install bolts (2). Install switch (1) .End By: Install the power train oil pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Train Oil Pump - Install".
