2. Re-install the 175-6008 Front Lines Group with appropriate replacement parts. Refer to Images 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 for the appropriate replacement parts.

(1) Never re-use any existing seal-o-rings or rectangular seals in this rework procedure.
(2) Be sure to tighten each of the bolts to the specified torque, as shown below in Image 1.4.1.

(1) Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.
(2) Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.
(3) Make sure that all of the attachments have been lowered to the ground and the oil is cooled before removing any components or lines.
1. Remove existing tube assembly and hose assemblies from the 218-1237 Front Lines Group. Refer to Images 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 for appropriate tube assembly and hose assemblies.
