All dealers are to make sure the outsideof the shipping container is marked PI10450.***** U.S. and Canadian Dealers *****If any broken bolts are found, return all ofthe bolts that are removed from that tractor, broken and not broken. Securlypackage all 16(D10)/20(D11) of the bolts from that tractor and mark thepackage with the tractor serial number. Do not allow any of the bolts tobecome mixed with bolts removed from a different tractor.Return the bolts and a copy of the claim to:Caterpillar, Inc.
