Use two people in order to reposition impeller (29) on carrier (31). The weight of impeller (29) is approximately 31 kg (70 lb). Install retaining ring (30).

Position turbine (25). Install O-ring seal (24). Install dowels (23) to a dimension of 37.0 0.5 mm (1.46 0.02 inch).

Install plate (22). Install race (21). Install O-ring seal (20).

Install bearing (18). Install discs and plates (17).

Install coupling assembly (15) and race (16). Install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 60 7 N m (44 5 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (13). Install piston (12). Install ring (11).

Lower the temperature of bearing (9). Use Tooling (C) in order to install bearing (9). Ensure that bearing (9) is flush with the inside of the housing. Install ring (10).

Use two people in order to reposition housing assembly (7). The weight of housing assembly (7) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to housing assembly (7). Position housing assembly (7). Install bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 60 7 N m (44 5 lb ft). Install O-ring seal (6).

Install ring (5) onto retainer (3).

Install pilot (2). Install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 30 5 N m (22 3 lb ft). End By:
