Disconnect hose assembly (8) from port" MC" of the test block. Use Tool (G) to plug the hose assembly. Use Tool (F) to cap the port.
Disconnect hose assembly (7) from port "MD" of the test block. Use Tool (G) to plug the hose assembly. Use Tool (F) to cap the port.

Unhook latch (9) and open the engine compartment.

Remove locking pin (11). Raise support bar (10). Lock the support bar in position with the locking pin.

Remove bolts (13) with washers, and remove left side panel (12) .

Remove nut and washer from under direction control lever (14). Disconnect servo link (15) from lever.

Remove the plug from port "X1" (16) of the axle pump. Install Tool (D) in port "X1".
Remove the plug from port "X2" (17) of the axle pump. Install second Tool (D) in port "X2".
Connect Tool (B) to Tool (C). Make two sets of tools.
Connect one Tool (C) to the tap in port "X1" (16). Connect second Tool (C) to the tap in port "X2" (17) .
Move engine start switch (5) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Move throttle control switch (3) to the HIGH IDLE position.
Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature with Tool (J). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 49 6 °C (120 10 °F).
Move throttle control switch (3) to the LOW IDLE position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the OFF position.
Read the pressure on the gauges. The pressure on both gauges should be equal. If the pressure is equal, go to Step 22. If the pressure is not equal, go to Step 25.

Loosen lock screw (18). Watch the pressure on the gauges. If necessary, rotate adjustment screw (19) until the pressure is equal on both gauges.
Hold adjustment screw (19), and tighten lock screw (18) .
Move engine start switch (5) to the OFF position.
Remove Tool (B) from Tool (C). Install Tool (A) on Tool (C). Make two sets of tools.
Move engine start switch (5) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Move throttle control switch (3) to the HIGH IDLE position.
Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature with Tool (J). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 49 6 °C (120 10 °F).Note: Do not adjust the pressure past the rating of the gauges in the following steps.
Move throttle control switch (3) to the LOW IDLE position.
Loosen lock screw (18). Watch the pressure on the gauges. If necessary, rotate adjustment screw (19) until the pressure is equal on both gauges.
Rotate adjustment screw (19) clockwise until the pressure at pressure tap in port "X2" (17) just begins to increase. Note the angular position of the wrench.
Rotate adjustment screw (19) counterclockwise until the pressure at pressure tap in port "X1" (16) just begins to increase. Note the angular position of the wrench.
