This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3309" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3309" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The bolts that hold the swing gear outer race to the upper frame need to be tightened on certain 322B, 322B L, 325B, 325B L, 330B and 330B L Excavators. These bolts were not tightened with the specified torque and need to be re-tightened.

Action Required
Two people are required to do this rework smoothly. It is needed to swing the machine during the rework. Send a signal to each other before swinging machine for Safety. Tighten the bolts that hold the swing gear bearing outer race to the upper frame to a torque of 900 100 N m with a torque multiplier.
Do not need to tighten the bolts that hold the swing gear bearing inner race to the lower frame.
Tightening method:
a. One person should hold the torque multiplier and one person handle the torque bar.b. Put a mark on the bolts tightened. Swing the machine as needed to access more bolts.c. Repeat the work until all bolts have been re-tightened.Owner Notification
