Inspect the surface under the bolt head and the nut. If there is paint on the surface, remove the paint and make sure that the surface is flat and smooth.
Inspect the bolts and replace the bolts if the bolts are damaged.
Install twelve 6V-2360 Hard Washers under the nuts and the bolts on both sides of the 3G-7970 Cylinder Mounting Gp. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 370 N m (273 lb ft).The improved bolts are effective with the following machine: D7G (S/N: C7G1242-UP)The improved bolts are adaptable to the following machine: D7G (S/N: C7G1000-1241)
