1. Remove grab irons (1) and cover (2) from the radiator guard. 2. Attach a hoist and tooling (A) to counterweight (3), or fasten counterweight (3) to a lift truck, and remove the bolts that hold the counterweight to the frame. The weight of the counterweight is 2039 kg (4495 lb.).Install Counterweight
1. Put counterweight (1) in position with tooling (A) or fasten counterweight (1) to a lift truck, and put the counterweight in position.2. Install the bolts that hold the counterweight to the frame. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 1125 100 N m (820 75 lb.ft.). 3. Install grab irons (2) and cover (3) on the radiator guard.
