Install retainer (3) without shims on the spindle. Install three of the bolts in order to have uniform clamping of the retainer. Turn the wheel slowly and tighten the bolts to a torque of 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft). Loosen the bolts until retainer (2) is free. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 40 7 N m (30 5 lb ft).Correction to Specification ModulesThe torque value that is given in Item 9 of the specifications is incorrect. Replace Item 9 with the following information. (9) Torque the three retaining bolts to 40 N m (30 lb ft). Then rotate the wheel for several revolutions. Continue the sequence of torquing and rotating the wheel until the bolt torque remains at 40 N m (30 lb ft).
