Problem
The collet pins connecting the lift cylinders to the lift arm may loosen resulting in damage to the lift arm bores on certain 990 Loaders.

Refer to Illustration below.
1. Remove the existing two 4E5606 Pins (lift-cylinder-to-lift-arm collet pins). Follow Disassembly and Assembly Instructions in the Service Manual. Three 2-to-3 inch long M24 bolts are required to remove the collets.
2. Install two new 1157787 Pins and four new 9X7700 Lip-Type Seals. Reuse collets.3. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 1800 N M.4. Impact the bolts and tighten to the torque above, again.5. Repeat step 4.6. Grease the joint.
