Install two clamps (13) and clamp (10) onto mounting bracket (9) using three screws (11) and three washers (12). Tighten screws (11) to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).Fastening clamps to plate

Install two clamps (13) and clamp (10) onto mounting plate (15) using three screws (11), three washers (12) and three locknuts (14). Tighten screws (11) to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).Fastening bracket to box

Install mounting bracket onto box using four bolts (16) and four washers (17). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).Harness support

(19) 506-0123 Plate As
(20) 130-5300 Clip
Install clip (18) and plate (19) onto mounting bracket using three bolts (16) and three washers (17). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).
Install clip (20) onto plate (19) using bolt (16) and washer (17). Tighten bolt (16) to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).
Install the strap cable (8) onto the clip (18).

Install umbilical harness connector (5) to clip (20).
Secure umbilical harness conduit (2) to ladder clip (18) using strap cable (8).Fastening clamps to bracket

(21) 6V-5222 Bolt
Install clamps to bracket using four bolts (21) and four washers (17). Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).Note: Raise the three umbilical harness to relieve load on harness connectors before clamping.Existing umbilical harness

(V) Grommets
(W) Harness
Remove existing clip (U) and grommets (V). Discard the parts.
Secure the harness insulation (W) using 290-8070 Tape.
