(HE) Inboard sensor block for the head end (HE) of the right side lift cylinder
(RE) Outboard sensor block for the rod end (RE) of the right side lift cylinder
(1) 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal
(4) 6V-8077 Elbow (45°)
(15) 349-1178 Pressure Sensor
Install elbows (4) with o-rings (1) into the open ports of the elbow blocks. Install o-rings (1) onto sensors (15), and install the sensors into elbows (4).

(16c) Plug connector for the HE sensor on the right side lift cylinder
(16d) Plug connector for the RE sensor on the right side lift cylinder
Connect plug (16c) into the inboard sensor for the head end of the lift cylinder.Connect plug (16d) into the outboard sensor for the rod end of the lift cylinder.Make certain that the outboard connection is for the RE, and the inboard connection is for the HE.

Install clips and cable straps as shown in Illustration 29. Ensure proper slack in the electrical harness for the plug connectors.

Remove four bolts and remove bracket (R5).

Use the listed bolts and washers to install bracket (18) over the sensors. Use two existing bolts, and two new bolts (8) as shown in Illustration 31.
Start the machine, check for leaks. Reinstall main valve cover. Verify the PCS input from the monitor and recalibrate the PCS system as needed.980K Instructions

Remove the 366-7048 Cover (C) and hardware. Set aside.

Remove the 148-8407 Plug As from the 366-7043 Tube As. Replace the Plug As with the 164-6874 Elbow Fitting (11).
Install the 349-1178 Pressure Sensor Gp (6) and the 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (7) into the Elbow Fitting (11).
Connect the existing E-C36 connector from the 354-2385 Front Chassis Harness As to the Pressure Sensor Gp.Machine Configuration Procedure

Connect the CAT ET to the machine and select the correct Electronic Control Module (ECM)
From the main menu select (Service) and then (Configuration)
