Specification for 365-9401 Turbocharger Gp

1 4 2N-2766 Locknut Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).

2 1 7W-2297 Clamp As Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Use the following procedure to tighten the compressor housing clamp:
1. Tighten the clamp to 14 2 N m (124 18 lb in).
2. Lightly tap the clamp all around.
3. Again, Tighten the clamp to 14 2 N m (124 18 lb in).
3 1 9N-2038 Turbine Clamp As Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Use the following procedure to tighten the turbine housing clamp:
1. Tighten the clamp to 14 2 N m (124 18 lb in).
2. Lightly tap the clamp all around.
3. Again, Tighten the clamp to 14 2 N m (124 18 lb in).
