Prevent the machine from movement. Park the machine on a level surface.Attach a "Do Not Operate" warning tag or a similar warning tag to the start switch or to the controls before you service the equipment. These warning tags (Special Instruction, SEHS7332) are available from your Caterpillar dealer.Required Parts

(GS-C1) Connect to foot switch three pole: "N783 GN", "235 BK" (GS-C2) Connect to platform harness: "E472 GN", "E473 GY", "N793 GN", "K847 PU" (GS-C3) Connect to right-hand console harness: "E472 GN", "E473 GY", "K847 PU" (1) 7K-1181 Cable Strap (2) 423-6856 Switch (3) 459-5834 Harness As
Install foot switch (2) in the cab.
Attach harness (3) to the foot switch at "GS-C1".
Connect harness (3) to the platform harness at "GS-C2".
Connect harness (3) to the right-hand console at "GS-C3".
Attach the ground of harness (3) to the frame.

Connect harness (4) to the pilot control manifold at "GR-C3".

Secure harness (4) to the frame.
