The weight of the radiator guard assembly (24) is 232 kg (510 lb). Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to radiator guard assembly (24). Position the radiator guard assembly on the machine. Keep the lifting device attached to the radiator guard until you have installed the bolts that hold the radiator guard in place.

Install eight bolts (22). Connect electrical connection (23) for the horn.

Remove Tooling (C) from lines (20) and connect the lines to the radiator.
Install the lower tube assembly to the engine and tighten hose clamps (21) .
Install the upper tube assembly to the engine and tighten hose clamps (19) .

Put fan guard assemblies (18) in position and install bolts (17) .

Put sweeps (15) in position. Install bolts (14) in the brackets for the sweeps. Install bolts, spacers, and nuts (16) in the sweeps.

Install covers (12) with bolts and washers (13) .

The weight of radiator grill (10) is 61 kg (128 lb). Attach a suitable lifting device to the radiator grill. Place grill (10) in position and install bolts, washers, and nuts (11) in the hinges.

Install two bolts (9) in radiator grill (10) .

The weight of guard (7) is 48 kg (105 lb). Use Tool (A) and cribbing to place guard (7) in position on the machine.
Install bolts (8) in guard (7) .

Put engine access panel (6) in position on the left side of the machine and install six bolts (5) .

Put engine access panel (4) in position on the right side of the machine and install six bolts (3) .

Close drain valve (2).
