Remove two bolts (30) and the washers in order to disconnect manifold (29) from the non-engine end frame.

Disconnect hose assemblies (32) from manifold block (31) .
Repeat Step 39 for the opposite side.

Remove bolt (33) , the washers, and the nut.

Apply Tooling (G) to the threads of Tooling (C) . Install Tooling (C) . Remove collet (34) .

Apply Tooling (G) to the threads of Tooling (C) . Install Tooling (C) . Remove collet (35) .Note: If the pin is free, the pin may be forced out of the bore by the forcing bolts at this time.

Use Tooling (D) to remove pin (36) . Remove shims (37) . The weight of pin (36) is approximately 140 kg (310 lb).

If pin (36) (not shown) requires hydraulic removal, install Tooling (E) and a suitable lifting device, as shown. Remove pin (36) (not shown). The weight of pin 36 is approximately 140 kg (309 lb).

Disconnect rod (38) from the position sensor. Disconnect harness assembly (41) at the electrical connection.
Remove three bolts (39) and the washers in order to remove plate (40) .

Remove three bolts (42) , the washers, the mounts, and the spacers in order to remove sensor assembly (43) .

Remove bolt (45) , the washers, and the nut.
Remove guard assembly (44) .
Repeat Step 42 through Step 45 for the remaining pin.

Remove arm and bearing assembly (14) . The weight of the arm and bearing assembly (14) with the two lever and bearing assemblies is approximately 22,100 kg (48,700 lb).

Remove two seals (46) from arm and bearing assembly (14) .
