2. Loosen hose clamps (2) and slide the hose down onto elbow (1). 3. Loosen the two hose clamps (3) and slide hose down onto elbow. 4. Remove radiator lower guard (4).5. Remove water removal line for radiator. 6. Remove the hitch pin (7).7. Remove radiator shield (5).8. Remove cover (8) and pull the wiring (6) free of the radiator guard.9. Install two 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolts, and fasten a hoist to the radiator.10. Remove the bolts that hold the radiator guard to the frame.11. Remove the radiator and guard assembly. Weight of assembly is 1300 lb. (590 kg).Install Radiator And Guard
1. Fasten a hoist and put the radiator and guard assembly into position on the frame. 2. Install the bolts (1) that hold guard to the frame.3. Install hitch pin (2).4. Install radiator drain line (3).5. Put wiring in position and install the cover.6. Install radiator shield. 7. Install the radiator lower guard (4).8. Put the lower hose for radiator into position, and tighten the two hose clamps.9. Put the radiator upper hose in position, and tighten the two hose clamps.10. Fill the cooling system to correct level. Install side covers for engine.end by: a) install fan
